Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers is a key objective for businesses, aiming to meet or exceed customer expectations, encourage loyalty, and foster repeat purchases. Features In Being A Customer

Being a customer brings many features that I created or developed within the app. When a customer creates their profile, the creation of a vault is available. Within the vault, customers can safely and securely store their card information to be used for future purchases. All card information is stored in Stripe which is PCI compliant.  Stripe handles the security and compliance aspects of payment processing, reducing the burden on businesses to maintain PCI DSS compliance. You can also update your information and track your payments. We have subscriptions available for certain services such as photography. Invoices are created and sent to customers, making requesting payments for services or products easy.  Customers to manage customer subscriptions, including upgrading/downgrading plans, pausing subscriptions, and handling failed payments.
